| Abstract | Nowadays the practice of introducing gamification into areas such as education became quite popular. In this paper, we are examining the effects of applying gamification into the process of teaching the Information System design using Unified Modelling Language. In gamified UML course, we focused on introducing such game elements as points, levels, badges, leaderboard, and bonuses into the teaching process.
