Abstract	Objective: To describe the efficacy, safety, compliance and cost savings of lopinavir/ritonavir monotherapy. Method: Observational, descriptive and retrospective study evaluating monotherapy. Adherence was calculated using an objective method. We estimated the direct costs of dispensing non-triple therapy.
