Abstract	The work in question aimed to verify the influence of the affective bonds between teachers and administrators in the teaching practice of primary School our Lady of Fatima in Planaltina DF. The research focus is on subjectivity and the main theory that underpins this work is the Psychoanalytic Theory, founded by Sigmund Freud. This paper deals with concepts of affection, emotional ties and psychological distress involving teachers and managers. We conducted a qualitative survey of teachers using a questionnaire where it was found that emotional bonds are degraded, causing psychological distress influence on teachers and teaching practice and also the health of the teacher.
