| Abstract | The interest in knowledge and study of the stochastic has grown from its origins. Nowadays, it is considered as a mathematics branch divided in two: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. This is solved for the elementary education with a particular configuration of the curricular content block that brings together all the knowledge related to the subject and the presentation in the textbooks of these two branches on the same theme "statistics and probability". The methodology which underlies on these textbooks corresponds to a traditional view of education, which presents difficulties in comprehension of the text content that do not stimulate meaningful learning. |
