Abstract	RESUMO O artigo apresenta um estudo desenvolvido em uma Companhia de Energia Eletrica, com objetivo de identificar fatores ambientais dos servicos emergencias nas redes aereas de distribuicao de energia eletrica, os quais contribuem para a ocorrencia dos acidentes neste setor; dentre outros fatores como os pessoais, sociais, gerenciais e organizacionais. Neste sentido, o trabalho sera desenvolvido a partir da analise normativa e do modo operatorio dos trabalhadores, visto sua direta relacao com a imprevisibilidade dos servicos emergencias; sendo tambem identificados os acidentes mais comuns no setor relacionado ao fator ambiental, com o intuito de melhorar os metodos utilizados para reducao da frequencia ou gravidade dos incidentes utilizados para atendimentos emergenciais. ABSTRACT The following article is a study developed in an Electric Company and it intends to identify emergency services environmental factors within the overhead power lines, which cause several accidents in the electric sector. The relevant causes for accidents are personal, social, managerial, and organizational. The study does a normative analysis as well as an analysis of the way workers do their job due to the unpredictability of emergency services. It also identifies the most ordinary accidents within the electric area related to the environment in order to improve the methods used to reduce the frequency and gravity of the incidents attended by emergency services.
