Abstract	In the present article the hybrid power systems currently used in motor vehicles are described. While accidents and traffic events may occure a number of threats to persons rescued and rescuers themselves. In the current lack of uniform procedures and guidelines for the security of conducting rescue operations. Large diversity of technical solutions enforces the need for a unified security solutions in the article were also under consideration of proposals for structuring solutions for the efficacy and safety of conducting rescue operations in road accidents involving such vehicles.
