| Abstract | RESUME :Ayant senti le besoin cree par la nouvelle reforme DT/DICT quant aux prestations de detection et de georeferencement des reseaux enterres, l’entreprise Alpes Topo a decide d’engager cette etude d’opportunite. Une serie d’entretiens avec les differents acteurs impactes par cette reforme, comme des exploitants de reseaux, des responsables de projets et des executants de travaux, a montre que ces derniers reconnaissent les contraintes issues de la nouvelle reforme. Toutefois, ils ne percoivent pas encore, a ce jour, le besoin engendre. C’est pourquoi, cette etude s’est orientee vers une analyse reglementaire, une etude des techniques de detection et de georeferencement des reseaux, et un ensemble de tests de precision. Les resultats de cette etude ont motive l’entreprise Alpes Topo a investir dans le materiel necessaire pour developper l’activite de detection. Ils ont egalement donne de la credibilite a la volonte de l’entreprise de se lancer sur le marche detection et de georeferencement des reseaux enterres. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// TRADUCTION : Having felt the need generated by the new reform DT / DICT about the benefits of detecting and geo-referencing the underground networks, the company Alpes Topo decided to establish this study. A series of interviews with structures affected by this reform, such as network operators, project managers and construction companies, has shown that they recognize the constraints resulting from the new reform. However, they do not perceive yet the market need. Therefore, this study was directed towards a regulatory analysis, a study of technics for detection and geo-referencing of networks, and a set of accuracy tests. The results of this study have motivated the company Alpes Topo to invest in the required equipment to start the business of detection. This project also gave credibility to the willingness of the company to engage in the detection and georeferencing of buried networks market. |
