| Abstract | This article analysises the relationship between two current aspects in the Savings Bank domain. On the one hand, the social corporate responsability of businesses in general and in particular Savings Bank, and on the other hand their expanded incursion in the industrial network. If well, from within the origin of these entities their exists a regional socioe- conomic liability, today this plunge has become in important part in their business transaction. In fact, more than half of the benefits endorsed by Savings Bank proceed from investments in indutry. Lastly, evidence is offe- red by an aportation of data on the take-over bid by Gas Natural over Ende- sa and the role of the two principal Savings Bank involved in the operation. |
