Housebelongstothestudent ́sfamily, and itislocated in Camporrobles (Valencia). Theinitialconstructionof thehousedates from 1940 and itwasbuilt in sectionsacocordingtothefamilyneeds, which can be seen in itscomplexdistribution. Amongthemainlesionsof thehousewe can observehumidities, bothascendingbycapillarityfromthegroundduetothelack of anhearthas well as thoseduetoexistingleaks in theroof. Theaim ofthisrenovationistoconductstructuralimprovements, tofinishrenovation and improveitsenergyefficiency of ittomakeitpractical and sustainable. Tocarryoutthis TFG,firsti willconduct a studyaboutthehousing and itsenvironment, basedonthe testimonies of peoplewhogrewup in theretoacquire a betterunderstanding. In addition, a study of injuries and possiblesolutions and improvementswill be done, as well as a proposedredeploymentwill be madetoachieve a practicalhousingforthepurpose of regular use. Allthiswill be done withusingrequired software and measuringinstruments.
