| Abstract | The fiscal evasion on Income Taxes is one of the principal phenomenons that affect the Tributary Systems and the fiscal collection of the contries as it decreases the income of the State, producing insufficiency of the required resources to satisfy the collective needs, making weak the economy. This is the main reason and the importance of its study. The present work has as principal objective, to analize the causes and incidenes of the fiscal evasion on Income Taxes in Ecuador, looking for the establishment of mechanisms in order to control and reduce it. We are going to start analizing the Tributary System and the ecuadorian Income Tax, after that we are going to show up the causes of the fiscal evasion, then the principal tools uses by the contributors for evading, and finally the different alternatives to control and reduce it. |
