| Abstract | Unemployment is one of the main problems of homeless people. It is often the cause for loss of the place of residence and makes it impossible to improve the living standard. However, finding a job is a very difficult task for homeless people. The article presents the causes of this situation. It takes also into consideration the legal instruments aiming to make it easier to take up a job for homeless as those who are especially threatened by social marginalization. Moreover, the effectiveness of the mentioned law rules is analyzed in the paper. It turns out that it is often unsatisfying. Taking this into consideration, the author presents postulates that could improve the situation of homeless people in the labour market. |
