The neoliberal project of society and of education in Brazil and in Venezuela”; this text explore the hypothesis that there is a neoliberal project of society and of education that is consolidated of specific forms, in Brazil, in Latin America and in the world, like element of a undialization process of the capital, modifying our lives and interfering in the planning and accomplishment of our educational politics. We consider in this text: a) the form that take the criticism to the neoliberalism; b) the political, economic and social context of the origin, the birth of the neoliberal thought – and why we qualify it as a project; c) it’s latent phase in the world scenery, in the postwar years, summit of the fordism, when the keynesianism consolidates and welfare state installs in several countries; d) and it’s consolidation, like renaissance, in the context of a new international division of work, from the 70’s, in several countries. This text also investigates politician-economic's accomplishment reforms driven by international and multilateral organisms, maids by the Agreement of Bretton Woods, and also by ONU, from the postwar, trying to situate it’s paradigmatic actions in the economic and social reforms, instituted and implanted in Latin America, at 70’s. We ask here what is its relations with this project renewed of liberalism in a mundialization context of the capital; since neoliberalism was constituted specifically against that keynesian consensus.
