Abstract	Abstract: Although not having organized a theory or philosophy of law, Hannah Arendt (1906-1975) conceived, in several works, notes on Human Rights and the law. And it is this sense that we can ask: what is the conception of law in Arendt? In the hypothesis to be developed, Arendt part of a critics the Declarations of Human Rights, thinking the law by a Republican bias, linked to politics and at citizen participating and responsible.
