| Abstract | This work presents an evaluation of a training process on drawing and painting for pottery production in Santa María Atzompa Oaxaca. The humanistic focus considers the training like the way to generate both learning and people behavior to organize the efforts and integrate it in the work group. A scale to measure the different elements of the training process: abilities, skill, characteristic of the product and profitability, given by participatory techniques and directed learning was designed. This work group was integrated by 16 craftsman, aged from the 14-15 years old to 60 years old women. This scale take into account the modifications to the abilities with regard to drawing, lines, color scheme, tonality and contrast, applied directly to the pieces. The effect caused by this training after four months is low, it produces a regular income raises, but the point of view of the group is satisfactory for the training process. |
