| Abstract | The health system went from being one of the most important sectors of the country, to become the system with the most problems, seeing itself in need of being subsidized due to its slow Collection Process recovery process. The main purpose of this essay is to analyze the current situation of the Collection Process system in the health sector, as the central axis. And the most important of the process for the pursuit of income in each of the institutions that comprise it. For the present essay, a qualitative methodology was used, which aims to make known, through research and analysis of the health sector, the current problems of the different service providers. The need arises to evaluate the Collection Process system in the health sector to raise awareness of the current problems in the country. Besides, it is intended to determine the risks that are generated by the collection process to the different companies responsible for payment, thus having the opportunity to propose improvement actions in the Collection Process process, pretending that the objectives of this trial make known the importance of a healthy Collection Process in the sector. Based on the above, it can be concluded that there is a clear problem in the sector. Which is attributed to thousands of factors, but like all companies there must be hard work within each institution, which allows controlling its Collection Process and likewise its cash flow, to avoid at all costs vitiate the business, and that contrary to what is happening now. For in this way the sector contributes to the economy, to the generation of jobs and cleanliness of the bad fame of the health service in the country. |
