Abstract	The aim of the research was to present the agricultural advice meaning on the rural area in Poland after accession to the EU. The detailed research referred to the Lower-Silesian Centre of Agricultural Advisory in Wroclaw. There was descriptive method and also comparative horizontal and vertical method used. There was pointed that the agricultural advice is an important factor of the agriculture development and rural areas.
