Abstract	Introduc on: The nursing process guarantees quality nursing care to eff ec vely intervene on major health problems of people; a way of addressing these problems is the proposal of methodological integra ve model for nursing care (MIMCE). In par cular, both methodologies were used with pallia ve care approach to the design and implementa on of the nursing care process in a pediatric pa ent with bilateral re noblastoma and poor prognosis for life and func on. Objec ve: To implement and evaluate the nursing process with a focus on pallia ve care in a pediatric pa ent with bilateral re noblastoma. Methods: The conceptual basis for assessment was Marjory Gordon’s model. The formula on of nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes and interven ons were made with the NANDA-NOC-NIC taxonomy. The evalua on of the improvement in the condi on of the pa ent was made on the basis of the performance indicators and target score. Results: In target score, the pa ent showed improvement in immune status and pain level, from serious and substan ally commi ed to slightly compromised; in the state of comfort irritability, the state decreased from substan ally to slightly compromised, but not in the ssue integrity of skin and mucous membranes, since this remained substan ally jeopardized in the indicator of ssue destruc on. Parents showed ability for con nued care. Conclusions: On the basis of these results and considering the hemodynamic status of the pa ent, the intensity of symptoms decreased, and there was an improvement in the parental rela onship.
