Abstract	A Sistematizacao da Assistencia de Enfermagem (SAE) e uma ferramenta que vem sendo cada vez mais implementada na pratica assistencial, porem sua implantacao na pratica e dificultada por diversos fatores. O objetivo desse trabalho e realizar o mapeamento de publicacoes cientificas sobre as dificuldades encontradas pelos enfermeiros ao aplicar e/ou implantar a Sistematizacao da Assistencia de Enfermagem nos servicos de saude. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e quantitativo que faz uso de tecnicas bibliometricas utilizando a base de dados BIREME, Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informacao em Ciencias da Saude. Foram encontrados 495 artigos relacionados aos descritores “cuidados de enfermagem” e “processos de enfermagem” no recorte de tempo de 2009 a 2013 na base de dados em enfermagem – BDENF, porem somente 9 artigos tinham aderencia a tematica pesquisada, e foram selecionados para analise. Os problemas que dificultam a SAE e a falta da pratica e a carencia de estimulos para a melhor sistematizacao. Um dos indicativos e a falta de conhecimento para a realizacao das etapas da SAE como principal deficit a primeira etapa, levando uma descredibilidade na assistencia de enfermagem. E de suma importância a implantacao da SAE, pois possibilita um melhor atendimento das necessidades individuais do cliente, familia e sociedade alem disso, enfermeiro tem uma maior autonomia no cuidado prestado e um planejamento mais individualizado e holistico. The aim of this work is to perform the mapping of scientific publications on the difficulties encountered by nurses to apply and deploy the Systematization of Nursing in health services. It is a descriptive and quantitative study that uses bibliometric techniques using the base BIREME, Latin American Center data and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences. 495 articles were found relating to the descriptors "nursing care" and "nursing process "clipping in time from 2009 to 2013 in the database in nursing - BDENf, but only 9 articles were searched adherence to theme, and were selected for analysis. Problems that hinder the SAE is the lack of practice and lack of incentives for better systematization. Is indicative of a lack of knowledge to perform the steps of primary deficit SAE as the first step, leading a descredibilidade in nursing care. It is critical to implementation of the NCS, since it enables one to better meet the individual needs of the client, family and society in addition, nurses have more autonomy in health care management and a more individualized and holistic planning.
