| Abstract | This article summarize the implementation development of a Management Quality Systems designed for Agrifood Laboratory, this design begin with the organization process map, which meets the whole processes that enable the organization to provide a product that is according with the requirements explicit and implicit of their clients. As a part of this work was also developed a quality Manual which consists procedures, formats and records that supports the Quality System in accordance with the norm ISO 9001:2008. A study was made of processes and procedures according to the needs of the company. An audit was conducted which showed a 22.58% compliance with the requirements of the standard, most were not documented processes which caused disruption and duplication of effort. In the development of SGC were set based on the mission and vision, which allowed defining processes with the implementation of indicators that helped to continuous improvement. As a way to measure the scope of the design a second audit was conducted which generated a 96.77% compliance which facilitated the realization of a plan to reach the QMS certification. |
