Abstract	This research aims to make an analysis of discourse about the concept of person in the organization and how it is born of the industrial revolution and the ideas productivity “more and better” construction, which have dominated the management of organizations; creating a Human Unity isolated with specific functions, highly specialized in their work, this has consequences for her, short and long term; also affects the organization and therefore the environment; This analysis is done through the revision of some representative authors of Administrative Sciences from the complex thought. This concept of person in the organization has been generated under the current discourse, which is based on the economistic materialism these features different categories of analysis are used. During this research propose alternatives to generate new discourses to transform reality through new imaginaries about Human Unity in organization, in which he is considered a living organism; immersed in the complexity of existence.
