| Abstract | In Colombia 1,378,884 inhabitants are indigenous, corresponding to 3.4% of the population. Processes of organization and struggle, take stronger in the last twenty years, which have been consolidated organizations of various kinds with assertive and self-management purposes under the principles of unity, territory, culture and autonomy; but the reality is far from what the national law gives them. Building development plans is required to access public money, and they were allowed to raise more flexible, called life plans, but its construction was more external than local. From this point a proposal to demonstrate how a plan of Indian life could be built and planned by the communities themselves, but from a different, more holistic and lasting format was raised; using participatory tools, involving everyone in the communities. The result: the identification of four key moments to build a life plan from the agroecology perspective, but much more real. |
