| Abstract | Computer is not only a powerful technology for managing information and enhancing productivity, but also an efficient tool for education and training. Computer anxiety can be one of the major problems that affect the effectiveness of learning. Through analyzing related literature, this study describes the phenomenon of computer anxiety, investigates factors influencing computer anxiety, and discovers proper treatments for reducing it. The effect of computer anxiety on e-learning effectiveness is also discussed. |
