| Abstract | This study aims to examine the effect of job embeddedness and job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational trust. The study was conducted at Deka Marketing Research with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that job embeddedness had a significant effect in reducing turnover intention without going through an organizational trust so that the mediating role of organizational trust was not needed on the effect of job embeddedness on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant influence on influencing turnover intention through organizational trust. |
