| Abstract | The Estate " Villa Graciela " was created in the ye ar 1890, it is located on the banks of the River Da ule, and it specialized in the sowing and culture of rice, in a ddition of his dried and Milled for then to proce ed to his sale, Besides, It was relying on farmers and farms. This estate has not been working for many years, and act ually it was observed that Daule does not possess a place for sc attering for the habitants of the canton or tourist s, be these nationals or foreigners; the purpose of this projec t is to restore the Estate " Villa Graciela ", maki ng the necessary adequacies according of the results obtained by the marketing research, like the construction of track for bicycles, multiple fields, dance floor, etc.; which together with the hospitable landscape and the presence of t he river, it allows an agreeable stay for the tourists who can e njoy the different services that would be offer, s uch as rides in boat, rides in aquatic bicycles, horse ride, rent f or social events, etc.; Moreover this estate can b e considered to be unique in the locality, because it possesses object s and relics of the colonial period. The developmen t of this project focused on satisfying specifically the families of high social class and medium social class of the Ca ntons of Guayaquil and Daule .In addition , thanks to the market research, technical and finan cial studies, it was possible to determine the feasibility of this project through favorable numbers of profitability and acceptance o f the market, on the other hand it is necessary to mentio n that in the Ecuador, the tourism is a market that is growing, which favors the execution of this project.
