Abstract	The presente study aims to investigate elements of territoriality and regional/ local development of the inducing cities of tourism in Mato Grosso do Sul State, in the search for possible relationships and possibilities for the implementation of the Tourism of Experience segment. The research is justified by reason that, among the different segments of the tourist chain, experience tourism stands out in Brazil as a new niche market that goes far beyond the traditional circuits. The methodology proposed was based on the qualitative research of descriptive, bibliographic, documentary and social. The results were evidenced in the tourism practices identified (Banho de Sao Joao Batista, Fazenda Pontal das Aguas and Taboa Fabrica de Encantos) as potential for a future application of the segment of Experience Tourism, in addition to the presentation of components that configure development of tourism-inducing cities (Campo Grande, Bonito and Corumba) in Mato Grosso do Sul State, foreseen in the National Tourism Policy. Therefore, Experience Tourism can significantly contribute to the maintenance of intercultural and multidimensional development processes.
