| Abstract | This paper presents a distributed collaborative decision support framework for problem resolution in partnerships of autonomous and heterogeneous enterprises. The developed prototype for conceptual model's verification and validations is composed by three important elements: a collaborative discussion tool via argumentation with moderation, flexible decision protocol and tools for previous impact of the decision by performance evaluation methods. |
