| Abstract | In Polish legal system you can find a new type of criminal - stalking. This offence is circumscribed as persistent harassment or intimidation. Stalking is also connected with arousing the justifiable by the circumstances feeling of the threat or a significant invasion of another person's privacy (or a person with whom the victim is connected with).
