| Abstract | Ethical consumption and organic food consumption behaviors have not yet been thoroughly studied in the business world. While recorded instances of conscious consumption can be traced back to the 1800s, news outlets and magazines have remarked on the recent increased interest from consumers for sustainable and ethically-sourced products. This exploratory study aims intends to analyze some of the present-day trends in organic food consumption and ethical by examining marketing data and using a statistical analysis of organic and non-organic food prices.
