| Abstract | Giving the importance of environmental sustainability, a study case in a Furniture Factory, located in the western state. The study evaluated a system to manage environment impacts (SIGOGEA - Environmental Management Accounting System). The study was divided into three phases, the first being the theoretical basis, the second phase, the method SICOGEA and the third and last phase the results were tabulated. Results indicate that the company is concerned about the socio-environmental issues, where he obtained a level of ‚good‛ in its general index of sustainability, although there is a need for improvement in the discretion of the production process. |
