Abstract	The following Project is about a full study on the feasibility of create an institute with an international endorsement that certifies professionals and specialize them in a particular business area. The study starts from the assumption that the labor market increasingly demands further development of its human capital. Surveys and statistical tools determined the acceptance of the project and afterwards it began the calculation of the factors that involve the execution of such activity, and in this way put together all the structuring of these through the development of a cash flow. Also shown in detailed, the development of market research, letting determine the demand, the analysis of results, defining technical aspects such as location, assets necessary, necessary human resources and optimal size; organizational study and description of processes. Finally, we present the financial studies and analysis of sensitivity, conclusions and recommendations obtained based on results of the studies described above.
