| Abstract | The process of absenteeism for a company or industry is becoming an important thing to do. List of attendance or attendance as a benchmark to determine the quality and quantity of each employee. If done manually, it will require considerable time and less effective. So, we need an attendance machine that can work automatically. One method that can be used is by making the attendance machine automatically using RFID sensors. Method in RFID systems to read the numbers on the card chip RFID tag by the RFID reader. Arduino UNO in the form of its control system, sensor readings using RFID Mifare RC522, sending data to a PC using Bluetooth HC05, the data stored in a Microsoft Excel database and displayed on the LCD display 16x2. Tests conducted for 7 days which is different from the number of cards we tested RFID Tag number 7 cards as well as test the quality of the Bluetooth module HC05 and RFID are used. From the testing that has been done has a range of up to 7 cm and unobstructed metal objects RFID signal can still be detected as well as the maximum distance range data transmission with Bluetooth for $ 10 m (indoors) and 25 (meters) outdoors. Testing of the seven cards RFID Tag for 7 days which is different from the process of reading the ID number, the data transmission does not occur until the data storage failure.
