| Abstract | La apreciacion artistica constituye un tema que ha despertado nuevas inquietudes y motivaciones para desarrollar la creatividad, el gusto estetico y satisfacer las demandas espirituales de los comunitarios. Los talleres de apreciacion artistica son una alternativa para extender la cultura artistica en la comunidad. Se elaboro una propuesta metodologica a partir de un sistema de acciones, utilizando la modalidad de taller en el entorno comunitario encaminada a desarrollar habilidades en los ninos de 7 a 12 anos, que les permitan apreciar obras de las artes plasticas e incrementar la creatividad a traves de la educacion por el arte. El grupo experimental lo constituyen ninos de la Circunscripcion 123 del Consejo Popular 6 del municipio Las Tunas, comprendidos en las edades de 7 a 12 anos, previo analisis de sus caracteristicas psicosociales y de instruccion, a traves de un diagnostico. Es una propuesta pertinente de posible generalizacion en otras comunidades para ensenar a ver, leer e interpretar el lenguaje plastico, su aplicacion desde hace 2 anos valida sus resultados. PARTICIPATORY METHODOLOGY TO DEVELOP THE PAINTING LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION IN CHILDRENS OF SEVENTH TO TWELVETH YEARS IN THE COMMUNITY ABSTRACT The artistic appreciation, constitutes a topic that he/she has wakened up new restlessness and motivations to develop the creativity, the aesthetic pleasure and to satisfy the spiritual demands of the community ones. The shops of artistic appreciation constitute an alternative to extend the artistic culture in the community. A methodological proposal was elaborated starting from a system of actions, using the shop modality in the community environment guided to develop abilities in the children from 7 to 12 years that allow them to appreciate works of the plastic arts and to increase the creativity through the education for the art. The experimental group constitutes it children of the District 123 of the Popular Council 6 of the municipality The Tunas, understood in the ages from 7 to 12 years, previous analysis of its characteristic psicosociales and of instruction, through a diagnosis. It is a pertinent proposal of possible generalization in other communities to teach to see, to read and to interpret the plastic language, its application for 2 years been worth its results.
