Abstract	SuccessfuloffshoringengagementsofIndiansoftwarevendorsisincreasinglydependentuponthe qualityoftheprojectsdeliveredratherthancostconsiderations.However,deliveringqualitysoftware isreliantoneffectivemanagementofvariousorganizational,technologicalandpeopleaspects.This researchis toidentifyandevaluatethedeterminantsofqualityonsoftwareprojectsdeliveredby vendorsthroughoffshoring.Datarelatedtorecentlycompletedprojectswerecollectedthrougha surveyof440projectmanagersfromIndianvendors.Basedonstructuralequationmodeling,the authorsanalyzetheinfluencedeterminantsonspecificproductqualityattributes.Itisfoundthat, outofsixdeterminants,technicalinfrastructureandprocessmaturityhavesignificantinfluenceon mostoftheattributesofqualityinoffshoredISprojectsfromIndia.Theauthorsprovideasetof implicationsforpracticeanddirectionsforfurtherresearch.
