Abstract	--- The present study of investigation was realized with the objective of determine the Level of Knowledge that the Adolescent Mothers have with the care of a just born at the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal The type of study is descriptive; the technique used was the question; the instrument used was the questioner. The sample was organized by 115 adolescent mothers from 15 to 19 years old hospitalized at the Servicio de Gineco Obstetricia (Servicio de Adolescencia) of the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal which complete with the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Between the conclusiones that I had at end I have that the mayority of the adolescent mothers have a mediun level of knowlege, this indecates that they are not adecuate prepare to asume the responsabilities to take care and bring up to a just born. Due to they haven’t finish a fundamental stage in their lives in a natural form. Stage in which they should define the fundamental proccess of a human being, therefore they are not stable, insecures of theirself. The adolescent mothers need to be orientated, guide by a professional nurse, to offer a good care to their just born and by this way warranty the wellbeing of the new baby.
