| Abstract | espanolLos codigos vigentes necesitan ser reformados. Redactados para la Modernidad, esto es, la sociedad burguesa triunfante en la Revolucion Francesa, con la estructura economica propia del capitalismo mercantil, nuestros codigos han soportado eficientemente las transformaciones derivadas de la revolucion industrial y, con menos fortuna, las de la globalizacion. No se requiere mayor analisis para poder afirmar que la realidad actual es, en lo social, economico y tecnologico, radicalmente diferente. Se impone, entonces, una reforma estructural del sistema juridico. Pues bien, en lo que hace a la actividad economica, el Anteproyecto recientemente presentado parece un colorido patchwork tejido con la conviccion de haber creado un sofisticado encaje. En el trabajo se analizan algunas de las propuestas contenidas en el EnglishThe current codes need to be reformed.
