Aborda as diversas etapas organizacionais e produtivas que ocorrem no processo empresarial, aprofundando no estudo das julgadas mais importantes. Passa para tanto, desde o planejamento ate a entrega do produto final de uma organizacao, discorrendo sobre a area de Recursos Humanos e o perfil ideal de seus administradores para o seculo XXI. - This article, without the pretension of to be considered a treaty, it a theme of vital importance for the organizations that aspirate to maintain alive, productive and mainly competitive, in a market inserted in a world every day more global and for that reason, full of competition. It has an approach of the several organizational and productive stages that happen in the business process, where there was the carefully study of those judged more important. It passes for so much, from the planning to the delivery of the final product of an organization, talking about the area of Human Resources and their administrators ideal profile for the century XXI.
