| Abstract | The object of this study is to examine some issues that permeate the environment and the taxation potential related with its protection, in which the tax law is committed to work with the desires of the citizens of ecological balance. Thus, taxation may serve as a means to encourage compliance with the social function of property. Another situation is observed in the use the extra fiscality on taxation as an instrument of environmental protection, as public policy tool with application to the regulatory function of activities of individuals, sometimes encouraging, sometimes discouraging practices focusing on the interests of society through the tax benefits. |
