| Abstract | The aim of this document is to analyze the different known research works about the use of an Object Oriented Methodology in the design of web-based or other kind of hypermedia applications. Of these research works we will focus on the Object Oriented Hypermedia Design Method (OOHDM), an approach that considers Web applications as navigational views over an object model. We will study this methodology and its latest releases and add-ins, such as the adaptation of the Unified Software Process and the use of Design Patterns and Design Frameworks. |
