| Abstract | In this study, the author chooses the title of "Influence of Personal Selling on Consumer Buying Decision of CV GAMMARA Products". The objectives of the research are to acquire the implementation of Personal Selling conducted by CV GAMMARA, to acquire the consumer’s decision making of CV GAMMARA product, and to acquire the influence of Personal Selling on Consumer Buying Decision of CV GAMMARA product. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with survey approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Based on the calculations of Binary Logistic Regression through Nagelkerke R Square testing the result obtained is 0.951, meaning that the buying decision variable (Y) in this study can be explained by the variable Personal Selling (X) to the amount of 95.1%, while 4.9% can be explained by other variables not used in this research. Based on the results of data processing, it can be stated that the variable coefficient of Personal selling obtained 19.539 estimation. Personal Selling Binary Logistic Regression has a significance level of 0,001. Since the model has a significance value <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that the "Personal Selling variable has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Decision on CV GAMMARA product". |
