Abstract	The present work recommends a trajectory and a standard completion for the design of future wells in Piedemonte Llanero, looking for variables are as favorable as possible for the production of hydrocarbons. This recommendation is given from the analysis of the effect that fractures have in the production behavior of existing wells. This analysis integrates the natural fracture density information provided by the image logs taken in each well to generate maps of density and orientation of fractures through a geostatistical analysis, to subsequently relate such data with the inclination and azimuth of the wells in each formation traversed.
