| Abstract | An analytic approach to Nuragic culture social formations extension is the main aim of this paper. Relations among sites in Cedrino valley have been studied from topographic variables, even taking into account problems to date sites only known by surface surveys. We have tried to discover if any clues can help us to suggest the existence of inner boundaries, whatever their chronology was. Anyway, results have shown that the entire Cedrino basin was included in the same polity during all the Bronze Age, although several defensive lines around Middle Cedrino political center and a special interest to domain all the river course and ways from the coast to the inland can be also seen. Discussion on results of previous studies has let us to suggest that Cedrino valley made part of a wide polity at least from the half of the second millennium BC. |
