| Abstract | The aim of this article is to analyze the correlation between the maturity of TQM and the results obtained by the organization. General hypothesis was verified: "The higher degree of absorption of TQM (the higher degree of TQM maturity) in the organization, the higher the operating results of testing and calibration laboratories operating in Poland". It has been proved that higher degrees of maturity of TQM (which means that the greater the extent of implementation of the various TQM) is accompanied by an increase in operating results of the organization..
