Abstract	Progressivenatureofthemultiplesclerosis�(SM)�resultsinthe� increaseofneurologicaldefectsandtheintensificationofdisability� whichinsomecasesturnsintonotableinvalidity.�Themost� regnantsymptomsofSMaregaitdisordersandimpairedbalance.� RehabilitationofpatientssufferingfromSMiscomplicateddueto� thevariabilityandchangeabilityofsymptomsanddifficultiesin� predictingillnesscourse. Theaimofthestudywastoexaminetheinfluenceofthestability� trainingandvisual-motorcoordinationexercises�(biofeedback)�on� thebodystability.�20�patientsbetween�22�and�67�yearsofagewere� enrolledintothisstudy.�Theresultofexerciseswassignificance� improvementoffrontstabilitymargin�(p�=�0,00004).�However,� backstabilitymargininsignificantlychangedinsignificantlyonly.� Thesignificancetimprovementofvisual-motorcoordination� (p�=�0,0003),�wasobserved,�itmeanstheimprovementofthe� effectivenessofselfcorrectionofposturebasedonaconscious� visualcontrolofownposture�(biofeedback).�Thisstudyhasshown� thatphysiotherapyresultedinbetterposturalcontrolofpatients� withSM.
