Abstract	Resumo Investimentos em sistemas integrados podem ser decisivos na vida das organizacoes. Envolvem valores significativos dentro dos dispendios das empresas e podem alterar profundamente suas rotinas, assim como viabilizar suas estrategia de negocios. Com toda essa importância, as decisoes nao deveriam ser suportadas por profunda analise financeira, enfocando o retorno sobre o investimento, da mesma forma que qualquer outro ativo? Todo o arcabouco da moderna teoria de financas diz SIM. Entao, por que motivo isso nem sempre e feito? Provavelmente, por dificuldades em termos de criterios que possam, ao mesmo tempo, ter caracteristicas praticas e significativas para o evento em questao. Nessa linha de raciocinio, o tema e desenvolvido, sendo analisados os varios aspectos e perseguindo respostas sobre COMO desenvolver tal processo decisorio, sendo apresentada proposta de modelo. Palavras-chave: Investimentos em ERP; Modelo de Avaliacao de investimentos para ERP ABSTRACT Investments in ERP may be critical in the organization life. They require significant amounts in the organization budget and may chance deeply the routines and make feasible the business strategy. Such kind of important decisions shouldn’t be supported by deeply financial analysis with focus in return on investment in the same way as any other assets? All the financial conceptual framework answer YES. So, why it is not always done? Probably due to difficulties in terms of criteria that could, at the same time, has practices characteristics and significant for the decision. In this rational the issue is developed and the several issues were analyzed pursuing answers about HOW TO implement this decision process presented by a model proposal.
