| Abstract | The present descriptive study, with qualitative approach, was focused on the characterization of training needs in the area of pedagogical practice of bachelor's degree in Spanish, English and French. The results of the study are part of dynamics research derived from the participation of the students in the Aglaia seedbed, which is connected to the research called Proposal of a resizing of the pedagogical research practice in bachelor's degree in Spanish, English and French. This proposal arises from the process of resizing and updating of the program, with the purpose of stablishing an articulation between the elements of microcurroculars with the senses of the new academic spaces. Therefore, for this characterization, was adopted a mixed approach focused on the identification and description of needs from the following categories: a) teaching strategies, b) teaching tools, c) Cátedra Compartir, d) evaluation tools, and e) Educational institutions. In the last one, the role of the coordinators in the institutions, the human, material and didactic resources and the accompaniment by the professors in charge of the academic space was taken into account. Among the most relevant results, was found that teachers and students agree of the usefulness of teaching strategies to promote learning in the area, such as guided readings, micro-teaching processes, class planning and evaluation tools. On the other hand, was identified that aspects such as teacher's feedback, the uses of TIC's, debates between practitioners, the extension of training time in the area and the lack of resources of the institutions are some of the aspects which are Running head: Caracterización de las necesidades formativas en la práctica pedagógica assumed as opportunities for improvement in the area with a view to the curriculum updating process. |
