| Abstract | This study aimed to assess the level of satisfaction versus the declared importance of members in relation to the services provided by a credit union in the city of Orleans / SC. The study is based on literature searches on reputable authors of the area, and was also conducted a field research through questionnaire with open and closed questions applied to a sample of associated of the cooperative, providing data that supported the assessment of levels of satisfaction sample . It was demonstrated that the diagnosis of the main points considered as important by the public searched, four satisfactorily meet the expectations and two other attributes need to be improved. The collected data were presented in the article descriptively, along with suggestions for improvement, if implemented, could bring to members a sense of greater satisfaction in short time. |
