Abstract	The present article explains in detail the creation of a Marketing and Financial Valuation Plan of the Sports Complex of the Association of Lawyers in Guayas to increase the participation and commitment of the members, based on the requests and needs of the members of a Sports complex to enjoy and share with family and friends. The Sports Complex is located in the 2 ½ km of the road to Salitre. Under Dr. Angelita Alban’s Administration the different matters for the adequacy and construction of the following facilities to the service of members have been made: 1 General Pool, 1 Semi Olympic Pool, 1 children’s pool, 7 Babacue Cabins, 2 lawn football fields, 1 Multiple field, 1 Club House with Sauna, dressing rooms, a restaurant and Event Lounge. A Marketing study was made to get to know the Association and to define marketing strategies for an optimal functioning and the financial analysis was made.
