Abstract	The province of El Oro and throughout the Southern Region of the country, there is mining production sources, agriculture, livestock, aquaculture and tourism, but very little has been industrialized and commercialized, generally small and medium enterprises, reveal a low power negotiating their suppliers and customers, who require professionally managed Engineering in Business Administration, but with the ability to use all the knowledge of the administrative branch, in the workplace. This project focuses particularly on the development of a proposal to improve the professional management and entrepreneurship of Engineers in Business Administration. In order to train professionals with high educational qualifications, with knowledge, skills and competencies grounded in vision, giving answers to the needs of any company, He has made them more competitive, as well as to exploit the business potential with a view to generating sources work, by creating new production units in the Southern Region of Ecuador and the country, facing the great challenges that exists today. In order to determine first analysis we chose to perform data collection through surveys with managers or owners of companies like also conducted interviews with representatives of chambers of commerce in the province of El Oro. Setting them needs Professional Management of Commercial Engineers graduated from the National University of Loja and determine the Ventures made by these professionals in the province of El Oro and then determine the proposal to amend the curriculum of study for the Race Business Administration from the National University of Loja. Finally after an exhausted analysis, make the following conclusions: The majority of companies in the province of El Oro, do not have a career in Business Administration, as they are managed empirically by their owners, or are professionals in other areas. The lack of entrepreneurship by Commercial Engineers, causes job vacancy exists on the part of these professionals. Commercial Engineers do not have professional practices within the production management and sales strategy, there is inexperience causing these branches. Business Managers to be professional, have an individualistic, wanting to start a business, and does not facilitate the work organization or cooperativity, as do the professional companies in developed countries. For it is recommended that: Tota entity producing a good or providing a service, must be handled by an Engineer in Business Administration, for this, the professional must be able to relate and apply the concepts and laws of the area labor, commercial, tax, financial and stock market in the business area, as must be a specialist to improve, redesign and implement strategic plans, processes and quality. That Engineers in Business Administration, are professionally trained with a vision, dedication and proactive entrepreneurial spirit, you can generate your own square occupational development (his own company) and that their activities elapse permanently and continuously in the cycle of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and redesign proses to improve business functions and achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The National University of Loja, must have agreements with public and private entities in the market, for the development of professional practices of students in the School of Business Administration, so that in this way have the training in all functional areas of the organization and have the ability to work in teams to design, implement and control processes within the organization. It is also recommended that within the University, there is production units or service, together with professionals from other disciplines of the University, and that within these production units, students can perform the practices. And students also have a vision to work in cooperativity, so that in a future career are associated with other specialists and have a better development by implementing a production unit. To fulfill the above is recommended, that the race of Business Administration, National University of Loja, welcome to the proposal of the academic system, which is exposed within this project.
