| Abstract | Objective: Evaluate the quality of service coordination of primary health care from the perspective of the elderly assisted in the Family Health Strategies of a municipality on eastern Minas Gerais. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach was conducted. Results: The coordination score was 6.4 (PE = 0.2) and could be considered statistically close to the reference value (6.6). Conclusion: The elderly evaluated the coordination in a relatively positive way, even though the monitoring and quality control of the services provided was identified as deficient. |
