| Abstract | En la decada del ’70, Potter (1971) intenta tender un puente entre la cultura de la ciencia y la de las humanidades, e inaugura lo que hoy consideramos como Bioetica. Este trabajo, intenta recorrer las transformaciones historicas del vinculo entre agente de salud y paciente, ubicandonos en el linde de una perspectiva etica y clinica. Para ello, partiremos de la idea de D. Gracia (2001) donde establece que la relacion clinica atraviesa tres grandes concepciones: paternalista, oligarquica y democratica.A su vez, el concepto de vulnerabilidad como incapacidad o discapacidad -temporal o permanente, individual o grupal- de realizar una evaluacion valida de la relacion riesgo-beneficio, nos permitira ampliar el horizonte, accediendo a un analisis de las potencialidades de enfermedad / no enfermedad. Siendo asi, que la atencion en la vulneracion de derechos, pone el acento en los limites individuales para la construccion de respuestas efectivas y en la denuncia de la falacia de una universalizacion extremada y no critica. Por ultimo, se pretendera observar que en cuanto a lo que tiene que ver con la implicancia en la psicopatologia, el enfoque fenomenologico-existencial, nos habilitaria abordar la concepcion de ser humano desde una profundidad antropologica. Palabras clave Vulnerabilidad, Relacion, Clinica, Fenomenologia, Etica, Aplicada Abstract TOWARDS A MORE HUMAN DESIGN CLINIC In the ‘70s, Potter (1971) attempts to bridge the gap between the culture of science and humanities, and inaugurates what we consider as bioethics.This work, tries to go through the historical transformations of the link between the health agent and the patient, placing us into the boundary of an ethical and clinical perspective. To do it, we will start from D. Gracia (2001) idea, which states that the clinical relationship crosses three big conceptions: paternalistic, oligarchic and democratic. Further more, the concept of vulnerability as incapacity or disability -temporary o permanent, individual o groupal- if we make a valid evaluation of the risk-benefit relation, it will enable us to make our horizont wider, coming into an analysis of the potencial of disease / no-disease. Thus, the focus on the violation of rights, emphasizes the individual limits for the construction of effective responses and in exposing the fallacy of an extreme universalization and non-critic. Finally, is the intention of this work to observe that when it has to do with the implication in psychopathology, the existential-phenomenological approach, would enable us to address the conception of human beings from an anthropological depth.
